Family Nurse Practitioner
Seeking an experienced or newly graduated nurse practitioner to join our clinic located at our hospital campus. Hours are M-F 8a-5p with some weekend call. There will be a mix of both outpatient and inpatient care.Work with an experienced team including two physicians as well as support staff that are passionate about quality care and patient satisfaction. This is a state of the art clinic that treats only adult patients.
Requirements for the position include graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program.Advance Practice License in IL or proof of license pending with IL Dept of Professional Regulation (IDPR); IL Controlled Substance License and current CPR certification required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
